When I contracted Baker Roofing they sent out a representative immediately. My husband and I liked the samples they sent in my email and we needed some questions answered. We signed a contract and we were on our way. Jason who was in charge of the job was very professional. He told us exactly when the workers would arrive and exactly what they would do. We had the plywood replaced with radiant barrier plywood and the whole roof. It was a big job that would take them 2 days. They worked after dark the first day to put a tarp over the entire house. On the second day they arrived and continued to finish the roof. During the entire job, Jason kept me informed of what they were doing. The job went very smoothly and we were pleased with the entire installation. The team worked hard and were very professional. We had a very positive experience working with Baker for siding replacement on our house. The salesman, Robert Holt, was very responsive and reworked our quote a few times to make sure we were happy with the work scope. Baker actually ended up being the low bidder of the 3 quotations we received, even though they were the only company to propose completely removing the old wood siding and rewrapping the house. The project manager, Robert Allen, and installer, Santos, were extremely organized and professional. They worked around our schedules and made sure to check with us about anything they weren't sure of. They even replaced some exterior light fixtures and shutters at no extra cost. Would highly recommend Baker to anyone planning an exterior renovation!
