Back in October of 2022 a mean hail storm battered my home’s roof in Durham. About a month later, I began noticing water stains on my top floor’s ceiling. Being a first time homeowner I had no clue what to do but was overwhelmed knowing it would be costly. After venting to a friend about the situation, he recommended I call citadel, which is owned and operated by his friend Nick Capps. As someone who is extremely picky about who I hire. I researched Citadel and found out they are fairly new, which made me a bit uncomfortable, but as they came highly recommended by a trusted friend, I decided to give them a chance. After all the initial inspection was done for free. My inspection was scheduled with Nick Capps himself. He was very punctual to the appointment, and after speaking with him for only a few minutes he came off like he really knew what he was looking for and talking about. The inspection itself only lasted about 30 minutes but reveled more than just hail damage, as I was shown

Citadel and David were great! They helped me file a claim and get the roof replacement covered. The job done was very professional and looks great. If you have an older roof, I recommend giving Citadel a call to come check out if you can submit a claim.
