The heat stopped working on a cold day end of March and the house filled with a burning smell. Called Icy Hot that morning and Craig appeared a few hours later. Frankie & Craig came this morning w their crew and replaced both my upstairs & my downstairs units w Trane systems. They recommended 15 seer units and Honeywell thermostats. This was the best AC repair experience that I have had. They told me that they would arrive at 9 AM and they arrived at 9 AM. I know that is not possible each time, but this is the first time when "9 to 11" turned out to be 9. The AC tech diagnosed the problem with the coil and gave me three possible solutions.
