I've had them come out 3 times over the last few years and they've been great! They act like they actually like their job. They know their stuff. One time another company told me I'd have to call an electrician but ICY HOT had some part on their truck and replaced a switch that was melting or something and walked up into our attic and fixed the AC during intolerable summer heat. I signed up for their contract which is every 6 months instead of paying for a year up front. You will not get some sort of slick hard sell from them. Icy Hot is a great company. I really appreciate Frankie and his team working on our heating and cooling units at our house. Craig just finished up the semi-annual preventative maintenance here at our house. In addition to great service, Icy Hot technicians are always prompt and arrive when they are scheduled to. Plus Icy Hot will send a reminder that they are planning on performing maintenance a number of weeks in advance allowing for proper scheduling which I think is a measure of a great business. Communication is key and I value that working with Icy Hot. Knowing that our heating and cooling systems are in working order and ready for either the Summer months or Winter months of North Carolina is very reassuring. Thank you all for the great service.
