Mr. Electric provided exceptional customer service for my business. They went above and beyond and not only repaired our outdoor light fixture but they checked out additional fixtures to make sure they did not have the same issue as the damaged one. Even though I had to reschedule on them, they were able to accommodate me for the next business day. Electrician came out (Daryl - I believe his name was ?) was awesome , easy to talk to, straight to the point and let us know of the issue and how he was able to resolve it, which as a customer, it’s much appreciated. Overall - would recommend Mr. Electric of wake forest, easy, smooth experience from start to end.
