I don't know anyone who looks forward to getting a roof replaced! And no one ever says "Oh, what a pretty new roof, plumbing, heating unit (fill in the blank)!" Once I FINALLY convinced my husband that we needed a new roof to avoid potential problems, we began the search for a roofing group. We always like to support local businesses, so we were happy to connect with Fred Medlin at Roofwerks. He met with us, explained details and timelines, responded quickly to our followup text and email messages, and then made several checkin appearances during the actual work. The two crews that installed the roof and the gutter guards were quite professional (and brave to walk around on our rooftop in the crazy heat). And we were able to get a birds-eye view of our, yes I'll say it, pretty roof via a drone! We were very pleased from the beginning to end with communication, responsiveness, and quality of the Roofwerks team.

We contacted Roofwerks, Inc to look at our roof after a big hail storm, and we are incredibly happy with the work they did for us. Fred came out to do the initial inspection, and he gave a very honest assessment about the state of our roof with no pressure to move forward with any repairs. He left us with a packet of information and a quote for the repair, and they did not contact us again until we decided that a new roof was the correct decision for us. They were able to schedule us for the repair quickly, and the crew that replaced our roof was great.
