William sent me a text saying Scott was on his way this morning, July 14, to put in a new hot water heater for me. He was finished in an hour….very professional, concentrated on his work, patient with my questions. I was impressed. And William Parrish was quick in answering my text about my problem and giving me possible solutions the day before when I was feverishly looking for a plumber to help me. Other vendor stated that they were competitive with their competitors (larger businesses) but William Parrish blew them away and do great work. Happy customer here.
