I've used this company twice. Once to have a new water installed in our old home. Great service! Never had any issues with the water heater. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. When it was time to sell the home, I reached out to Andrew asking how to adjust the water temp as it was 3 degrees higher than what the inspector recommended. Andrew emailed me step by step instructions. Great guy! When we bought our new home we noticed immediately that the hot water was rust colored. Andrew went out to the new home, generated us an estimate to present to the sellers. In the end, the sellers had a home warranty they replaced the water heater through, however the estimate provided by Your Service Pro of NC and the final bill from the home warranty company were spot on. I'd recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues. Their prices are great and all employees have been a delight to work with!
Your Service Pro of NC is great! Andrew came out to assess our issue and Jake returned the next day to fix it. I felt like I could trust them, as they didn't just jump to the most expensive way to repair our issue. They were recommended by us by our realtor and we'd use them again should the need arise. Would definitely recommend to others!
In our opinion- Very dishonest and unreliable. We paid for services that should have taken 1-2 weeks at most, and it got dragged out for 4-5 months, due to a multitude of excuses as to why they couldn't complete the work, or show up at all. In the end, all of the services we paid for have still not been completed, and the work that was done, was not done properly. Their water heater installation FAILED inspection with the county. We paid Your Service Pro of NC a great deal of money expecting professional service, and timely repairs-- that is not what we received. Our mistake was paying them in full before all services were rendered, and inspections were completed. This company canceled appointments MANY times, would not answer ANY phone calls, or respond to ANY emails. The owner Andrew is in our opinion, rude and dismissive, in that he gave zero explanation of why the installation wasn't done properly, why the additional work was not completed, as well as zero reason why we never r
