They on my speed dial now because of Fast and courtesy service. Come out within hours to fix my rental ac. On a very short notice. Because the company that originally installed it 4 years ago does not even do residential work anymore.
To start the customer service has been great. The young lady in scheduling was attentive to may needs and me being without air. She scheduled me as soon as possible. She was very kind and passionate about helping me resolve issue. Technician Archie was prompt with the scheduled appointment time, professional, polite and got the job done. After trying to get my unit fixed for months, Archie came right in and got it running in no time. Very thankful for you all at Evans Air Services and your work.
