Horrible Workmanship and Service! Possibly the worst install I have ever seen. Medley Electric Co. was the vendor contracted to replace the old crawl space HVAC unit and outside condenser in my ranch style home with what's supposed to be an energy efficiency system. Contacted Medley 3 times in the past week for the same issues not being resolved or corrected on service calls. Issues that a customer should not have to contact a licensed vendor to resolve. 2 separate service repair crews of 2 or more people came out without making a single repair or correction to the clear list of issues. List of Issues: Duct work not properly connected or sealed to system on Return or Supply side, Condensate pump not installed correctly, Wiring not properly installed (Wires laying on top of unit), Extra wire not safely tied-off or secured (On floor of crawl space), Trash and materials left on and around unit, and Proper Code materials Not used on install. Medley Electric is the best! They do a great job, are honest, and they are very responsive to questions and emergency needs. Since I have become a homeowner, I have run into many businesses that seem to care more about their bottom line than the quality of their service. Medley is one of the few that has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommending them for your HVAC needs.

Our AC went out in the sweltering heat. We were told they couldn’t fit us in until the 3rd of July two days after we booked our appointment. A tech came to our house the day we called and had us cooling back down within an hour! Amazing service. Thanks Medley!!!
