It's a well accredited family owned and operated business that provides that personal touch. They were prompt, thorough and easy to get a hold of. We have been very pleased with the service provided by Cook’s. We started with them when we moved here in 2016. Each time that we’ve called, they have been prompt and efficient. They never try to oversell or pressure us. We will remain with Cook’s.

Man I have never dealt with a company in this day and age that was more customer service driven than them. The service techs name was Mitch. I wasn’t home when they arrived, I was taking children to school. Mitch was prompt and on time (few minutes early I might add). He was very polite and just nice and courteous to me and my wife as well as my crazy dog kelo. I had a completely new unit put in and it took no time, I was informed the entire way and given all the information I asked for. The job was perfect, hoses and stuff from house to unit were clean and wrapped and just the entire job when he left was clean and left better then it was before he got there. Thank you to cooks heating and air for making this process a painless enjoyable one. Shout out to your tech Mitch for just being a stand up guy and just nice person!!! 5 star!!!!
