AC & Heating Services Fair & Honest

Called this company with AC issues hoping to get some help, and the man who answered proceeded to tell me that he was already “picking and choosing which phone calls he was answering” and he wanted to further “interview me” to see if he was going to take me on as a client. He told me he had to call another client first and then would call me back. He called me back 5 minutes later to ask me “why I was getting into my landlords business” (I explained I was a renter in the previous conversation). He then said that he was going to be in my area and would “be able to look at it if I wanted him to, but it was gonna cost me”. He stated he charged a fee of 49-60 dollars just to diagnose and look at the unit. When I asked if that fee would be waived if he actually was able to fix the issue, he declined to offer me any further service and hung up the phone. Highly recommend this company for your AC repair and maintenance. AC was not cooling on the second floor of our house. I liked the fact that Authur explained everything that needed to be done and advised what the cost will be up front. He was able to come at 7:30 at night on a Saturday. I will definitely use this company in the future.
