Total Systems Heating-Cooling

We had two new units installed in our home and are extremely satisfied with the product and service. The service technicians were courteous and took extra time reviewing the system controls. The systems are working great! Scheduling was easy and she worked with our schedule. Their price was lower than two other quotes. I highly recommend calling Brenda Hall for your next Heating/AC unit.

Please do not get service from this company, they do not give me estimate, just come and do it myself, after finishing they gave me the bill for over charge very high Very expensive, I call and his family talk very rude , all the worker is her family they are same very rude people , they don’t know we are working hard to get pay, they over charge and try to get more money they can ! I tried another very large AC repair service before I called Total Systems. The people working there seemed very nice, but their service was terrible...lost my phone number, tried to charge me more than advertised for a simple diagnostic, gave me a partial estimate for repairs because they did not have parts on hand or at their company ....but really drove up estimated costs to near $900 just for just parts alone. I called Sabrina at Total Systems, per a recommendation from a friend. Sabrina was great...looked up parts to make sure they were on hand, gave me a total cost of parts and installation of the two parts, and scheduled me for next day service. Travis, the AC tech, was as great as Sabrina. He brought parts with him, did another total diagnostic to make sure he had everything he needed and wasn't missing anything, and performed the repairs in under one hour. All of this for about one third of the estimated costs for just the parts that the larger company had previously pr
