Today (January 2nd, 2023), you had three people standing outside at the covered bridge location/house about 3pm. One white male, one black male and one white female. They were screaming and loud when the white male shot some sort of firearm at least 10 times and had kids in my neighborhood running for cover. Then they started laughing loudly and he fired it multiple more times, finally speeding off in a Jays branded van, firing out the window as he drove off. I don't know what kind of technicians you are hiring, but this guy clearly isn't professional and you probably don't want him on your crew. I sure don't want him anywhere my house or family and you probably don't either.

I used Jay’s Heating and Cooling to run a gas line from my attic to the laundry room for a dryer. Estimates I received from plumbers were triple the cost, so it was an easy decision on who to use. Taylor came out to give an estimate and was extremely polite and professional. The two gentlemen, sorry I forgot their names, who installed the gas line were amazing as well. I have also interacted with Jay on multiple occasions and he is a great guy. I can tell he takes pride in what he does and his professionalism is even shown in his employees. I will use Jay for anything future need and highly recommend them to everyone I know. ***Update*** After Jay's installed the gas line for a dryer, I have called for service as a had a bad rollout switch. Of course my air handler would have issues on a weekend and I was afraid it would cost an arm and a leg due to being a Saturday but I was pleasantly surprised that the invoice was very reasonable. This is an outstanding HVAC company! From calling to schedule a service appointment, keeping us posted on their arrival time, to arriving exactly at the scheduled time, they were remarkable! They immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it! We actually had the owner, Jason come for our service call. To say he was knowledgeable, polite and efficient seems inadequate at best...
