This is an outstanding HVAC company! From calling to schedule a service appointment, keeping us posted on their arrival time, to arriving exactly at the scheduled time, they were remarkable! They immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it! We actually had the owner, Jason come for our service call. To say he was knowledgeable, polite and efficient seems inadequate at best... We needed a part replaced on the AC last minute and called this team yet again. We just had them out a week before for replacement duct work. Within a day they had it diagnosed and the part overnighted to us! We have a baby in the house so waiting days was not an option for us. Gary I believe was his name and Sean both are amazing to work with! We trust them and will use them ONLY moving forward! Highly recommend if you want an honest team at your home. We've used Jay's since we purchased our home 6 years ago. They are always on time, usually have same day service and do a great job. After a few years of minor repairs, Jason let us know it was finally time to retire our 19 year old system. He could have attempted to upsale us years ago. They installed our new system within days of the request. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgable. Great company. Hope we dont need to call them again soon, but will if we have an issue without hesitation.
