We've used Jay's since we purchased our home 6 years ago. They are always on time, usually have same day service and do a great job. After a few years of minor repairs, Jason let us know it was finally time to retire our 19 year old system. He could have attempted to upsale us years ago. They installed our new system within days of the request. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgable. Great company. Hope we dont need to call them again soon, but will if we have an issue without hesitation. Highly recommended! Jay’s Heating and Cooling did a phenomenal job of replacing our HVAC system at home. Start-to-finish they were professional, prompt and very customer-oriented. Leah, the scheduler/coordinator is so friendly and helpful, as is Jay himself. What we asked for was too much for our square footage, so they suggested a smaller/cheaper system and provided the analysis to back it up. This replacement work included the indoor unit under the eaves in our attic, the outdoor unit, and then ensuring the drain system from the indoor unit was working properly.
