Mr William Martin was the ONLY one out of 6 businesses who made us a priority when it was needed. We had a death in the family and many coming in from out of town for the services and celebration of life scheduled for this weekend. He educated me on all things related to the R22 restrictions, took time to come inspect the situation after hours last night and then arrived this morning and worked all day to install a brand new unit (reasonable and fair price) for my 85yr old mother and her family coming in for the services. William had another gentleman (Billy) come in to assist the lift and shift the unit into place. Both gentlemen worked tirelessly in 107 heat index for hours. On top of all of this, William helped assist me with correcting a drip from a hose connection and made sure my mother's place cooled down before he left. William was an exceptional gentleman. Very, knowledgeable and extremely honest when it came to answering questions and explaining possible scenarios. He diligently inspected all the coils, checked all the electrical connections, tested every component, the system pressure and the system cycling to figure out what was wrong.
