first off. Mr Cotrell explained every detail of the whole procedure.... very patient. very knowledgeable he helped me understand all the insurance papers which was something no other company did. extremely professional the roofers. finished in one day. I expressed concern about all my flowers all around. not one was damaged very very happy about that as well as cleaning up all around the house and yard. Roof looks great!!! I would highly recommend Elevate. its a Aplus.company..... We recieved many quotes before going with Elevate- SO happy we did! Everyone from the company was polite and professional. The day our roof was replaced everyone was so nice and the I can't stress enough how AMAZING of a job they did with the clean-up afterwards. We have two small kids and a dog and they clearly took clean-up very seriously. The job on the roof looks great and we are very happy. I would recommend this company to everyone.
