Not impressed with their apparent disdain for continuing customer service. They do reasonably good initial work, but if there's a problem a couple of years thereafter, be prepared for the possibility that they won't take ownership of it. At the very least, they may treat your situation as one with low priority. So it could be a while before they respond in a meaningful way. Service: HVAC duct & vent installation
