The professionalism of the Wilmington, NC crew I worked with is amazing. Eddie, Je’ron, and Jake communicated exactly what and when everything would happen with their parts of the process. When someone gave a date/time for something, they were on time. Eddie has been fantastic from the initial meeting through installation day. He has worked with the insurance company as our advocate and was even out to see the job through during our installation. Je’ron went over the contract and shingle selection with us and answered all of our questions about specs and options. Jake was open and approachable when it came to the installation. His crew showed up on time, layed tarps to catch debris, and has done a great job cleaning up so far. Though I am mid-way through my install, I would definitely recommend this team from Best Choice.
