Coastal Temp installed a new HVAC system and I am extremely happy with their customer service and also the price of the unit. Chris and his team installed the system without any issues. We experienced a problem when a new Generac generator was installed (not by Coastal Temp) and created a power surge that blew out a circuit board on the air handler unit. Chris and his team were out of town, but arranged to have a tech come over and install a new circuit board so we would have heat. We also had two surge protectors installed on the air handler and outside unit to prevent future surges and Chris researched the protectors and was able to save us some money. Overall I couldn't be happier with Coastal Temp and Chris and his team. I highly recommend using them for your heating/air conditioning needs. Chris and his team were phenomenal ! First, helped me install a Nest thermostat over the phone (no charge, just a nice guy). So I called when I needed to install a new A/C unit, fair and reasonable price. Done right. They stand by their work. I can’t recommend them highly enough! We just had both AC/heat pump installed yesterday, both 17y/o original units died a week ago right before Christmas. We scheduled for Coastal Temp Heating & Cooling, Inc to install them yesterday. They arrived on time, early actually, and stayed until 7pm but got both systems fully installed and tested before leaving. The team who did the service was professional, friendly, SUPER polite, hard working, and clean. They did not leave a mess at all.
