Molly and her team were absolutely awesome. They came out the same day I called, at the time they promised. Returned on a Friday afternoon to replace the water heater (working late to make sure we were set for the weekend). So thankful for this team and their willingness to go above and beyond to take care of my family! Service: Water heater installation
I have to give a shout out to Fran Richard & East Atlantic Plumbing!!!!!! We had an emergency, on a Saturday no less. they were onsite within an hour and had it fixed in less than an hour!! If you need a plumber, This is your guy!! Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair
They charge an exhorbat additional $150 “trip fee” for Burgaw, just 20miles from Wilmington. I can understand an additional $30 bucks for a trip charge, but not $150. Just DONT offer service to that area if you are going to be THAT way about it. If I don’t want to do someone’s taxes I have the courage to say so instead of quoting them way over and giving them a bad impression of my character….
