This company is absolutely honest! I was advised to get several estimates on a plumbing issue to replace everything because my pipes were so old. Even though I asked for a quote to do that, they took the time to find out why I wanted to and advised that wasn't the best way to handle the situation.They helped ME save money, even though they would have made a lot more money replacing it all. I also liked that he didn't put down another plumbing company, instead he told me that all plumbers should work together and not tear each other down. I'd absolutely recommend them to everyone.

These guys are a rare find: friendly, genuine, reliable, honest, and they are outstanding plumbers. When my husband and I bought our 100+ year old home, we needed some specific work done quickly. They were super-responsive, did a great job, and as a result we've called on them several times since. Highly recommended!

East Coast Plumbing and Drain did an amazing job at my new home. They arrived on time and replaced my new sink faucet within minutes and also fixed a couple leaks on pipes outside. Their team was respectful and friendly. They are actually scheduled to come by tomorrow to do some more work on my bathroom. Since I run my business from home and often have clients over, it is important when there is a problem, it's fixed immediately. These guys have my business for as long as I live in Wilmington!
