We highly recommend Flores & Foley. In Fall 2021, we had them replace our 20+ year old roof and the chimney cap. We had a parallel project ongoing at that time - replacement of the aged siding. The Flores & Foley team was incredibly flexible as there were some dependencies with the siding installation. The Flores & Foley team was definitely ready to replace the roof when the time came. The installment crew did a fantastic job in cleaning up every evening before they left the premises to make sure that there are no nails/debris. 5+ Starts to this incredible group of professionals! We needed extensive fascia repair, gutter replacement and tile repair for our home in Landfall. We were unhappy with prior work done by another company that had worked on the home before we purchased it. Tiles were complicated on this home and they took the utmost care to do a near perfect job. They were very careful, on time, reliable, neat, and clearly knew what they were doing. From sourcing the replacement hard to find tiles, to matching them, doing work beyond the estimate for no additional cost, etc. Others in the neighborhood also have had the same outstanding service by Renee and Flores and Foley who are likely the best in town. Price was reasonable too considering the scope of work. I was so so happy to have this exceptional work done, as we had seen the unprofessional work of the prior company that also does work in Landfall.
