Complicated tile roof repair and gutter replacement and extensive fascia repair. Worked very hard and quickly finished the job as agreed. Cleaned up daily and took care to wrap all ladders to ensure no damage, added padding on stone and tile entry, tested gutter and drainage moved patio plants and many extras. Friendly and trustworthy and consistent clear communication. If you want the very best choose Flores and Foley. Great news is that they charge fair prices too despite expert work. 5+ Starts to this incredible group of professionals! We needed extensive fascia repair, gutter replacement and tile repair for our home in Landfall. We were unhappy with prior work done by another company that had worked on the home before we purchased it. Tiles were complicated on this home and they took the utmost care to do a near perfect job. They were very careful, on time, reliable, neat, and clearly knew what they were doing. From sourcing the replacement hard to find tiles, to matching them, doing work beyond the estimate for no additional cost, etc. Others in the neighborhood also have had the same outstanding service by Renee and Flores and Foley who are likely the best in town. Price was reasonable too considering the scope of work. I was so so happy to have this exceptional work done, as we had seen the unprofessional work of the prior company that also does work in Landfall.
