Not friendly to anyone that they think is trying to work that they think a contractor should be doing.
After being told by another HVAC supply house located on the end of this same street. That I could not be helped due to not being a HVAC contractor. This occurred when I tried to purchase a A/C capacitor. They advised me to go to Johnstone Supply. Going to Johnstone Supply and entering the building I was greeted by many friendly employees. Gary at the parts counter ended up being the one that assisted me. Gary went above and beyond in helping me. I felt so good about the experience that I purchased two items of which I only needed one. The employee on Gary's right side when I asked it there was a water fountain, he then even got me a cup for some water and even offered me ice or a choice for a cold Slushie. Thanks to Gary and all other employees that I came in contact with and will recommend this business to all that I come in contact with.
Awesome service and parts selection! Highly recommended and saved my butt by having the parts in stock!!
