Cody, the technician who responded to my service request for a plumbing leak, was excellent. He arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was professional, engaging, and communicative on what he was noticing related to the problem at hand throughout the call. To help determine the root cause of the leak, he set up an experiment to test two potential culprits and explained to me what he was doing and what we were looking for to suggest one cause or the other. This approach was excellent in ruling out one possible cause so we may focus on the other. He was also very upfront about scope of work to solve either cause and associated costs. It’s not exaggerating to say this was my best in-home service experience.

Would highly recommend. BRIAN was my service tech and took care of problem quickly and efficiently. Especially since it was such a hot day. He was courteous and helpful and did not talk down to me which is what I expect being a woman at their mercy. I signed up for service contract and they waived all except diagnostic fee which I was more than happy to pay.
