Michael & Son Services

We called Michael and Son after hours on a Friday. Our technician Michael was here within an hour and quickly diagnosed our problem. Unfortunately, we needed to wait until Monday for parts. Michael and Son worked with my schedule to quickly fix my AC. Every person I talked to over the phone was extremely polite and helpful. I am very happy with the service I received at Michael and Son. Consider them for your AC repair needs.

Do not recommend. I felt taken advantage of by Michael & Son Services. I made a same day appointment (which seemed great) to get an issue with my HVAC looked at. I was quoted $351 to put refrigerant in AND diagnose the problem. I asked how much it would be to just put refrigerant in and see how it goes and was told it would be $347, which didn’t make sense to me. I decided to diagnose it since it was essentially the same price. I was then quoted $2500 to replace a supposedly leaking evaporator coil. I decided to get a second opinion and had another company come out to look. They tightened a couple bolts, could not find a leak anywhere, and said it was running great. They did not charge me for the second opinion and I will be continuing maintenance services with them (you can look at my other reviews to see which company that is). I am disappointed that there are companies out there that do this to people. Service: HVAC system repair

We were very satisfied with our service technician “David”. He arrived on time (actually earlier), we received a call and a text alerting us of his arrival - with a photo. He was courteous, professional, took his time to explain everything, gave us good tips to avoid future problems and had no problem telling us that everything looked fine with our HVAC unit (instead of looking for something to fix…).
