Plumber charged me $200 to walk around my rental property for a couple hours only to tell me that I must have a leak under the slab. I went by myself and located the leak in 20 minutes. I've never used this company before this and never will now. Feel like I dodged a bullet with these guys! There's no idea what they were planning on charging me to "fix" my leak!

Very disappointed with this company. I have used them 2 times and I have to say service was great, but company is not. We try to support local businesses and since the owner lives in my neighborhood I would call on them for our plumbing needs. Their office is in Wilmington and we are in Hampstead. 25-30 min drive. We were charged 125.00 to just come out. We were not made aware of this charge even though they said they told us. It was not an emergency. For a 48 min job total cost was 250.00. On top of that it was just labor.( NO parts) We were not expecting that bill so we were told we could make 2 payments and next thing I know they charge our credit card for the whole amount. Very disappointed in this as I have referred them several clients in the area, but no more.
