While the work was done in a timely manner and to expectations on a home that was to be sold, when the time came to have electrician sign No Lien waiver stating he had been paid in full he refused to sign. He stated that he doesn’t sign any paperwork that could make him liable for things he didn’t do (he didn’t understand the purpose or intent of the paperwork). Rather than respond to offers to have it explained in detail he failed to respond. This nearly caused house sale closing to fall through. Strongly would not recommend, other more professional options available. Services: Ground wire installation, Electrical wiring installation, Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

Corey was super responsive and helpful for an electrical emergency we had, on a holiday no less. I am very grateful that he was able to come out and see what was going on quickly. It ended up being something the power company had to repair, but he took the time to speak with the power company when I called them, to explain what his testing was showing. I would not hesitate to hire him again and will likely do so soon since I have some fixtures I want to replace and an old alarm system I want removed (the darn thing goes off randomly). I like to think I am a good judge of character and he seems very genuine and helpful. I instantly trusted him. He was also able to explain to me what was going on in a clear manner so I understood the issue even though I know next to nothing about electrical stuff. Service: Electrical inspections
