Very untrustworthy, I had an issue with my AC unit and set up a service call. The young employee added coolant for $660 without my consent and then told me one of his bosses would go over to place a dye in the unit to check for a leak. I had to call back the next because no one went over, was scheduled for the next day for service. After the next employee went to my house he called to tell me I needed $2000 worth of work. Lied to me and told me his boss went to my house...He DID not go, there was never dye placed to check for a leak, The office person told me "the boss knows from experience". After having another company go over, I did not need $2000 worth of work. The AC was fixed for under $1000 and I was told putting 6lbs of coolant in stressed my unit and could have caused more damage. Long story but I would not trust this company. Zero Stars

After evacuating to Raleigh for hurricane Florence, I learned from my neighbor about the demise of my HVAC due to another neighbor's large tree. I contacted Jamie via phone and text messaging and within two days he had secured a person with a chain saw, removed the tree from my house, replaced my HVAC, had a worker put patches on my roof, and...wait for it...cleaned all the debris from my front AND back yard! With all the other damage I had to deal with upon my return, I can't tell you what a gift that was, to finally return home and see a cleaned up yard! I've been using Mosier Mechanical for about 3 years now and they are very responsive, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

We recently had an issue with our heat pump. Outstanding response time, service and professionalism. Everyone from field service technicians to office managers went over and above to get our problem fixed. I would recommend Moser to everyone. They are a class act.
