We had been battling with the hvac company that installed the unit - they flat out refused to come fix THEIR shoddy install. My neighbors use OBriens so we called and they came next day. Our techs were Christian and Larry and immediately we knew we were in good hands. They fixed our issues (float switch, condensate line, freon) and were professional, knowledgeable and so helpful. Our air con went out on Thursday evening and Kevin from O'Brien came at 9 pm to check it out. Unfortunately he didn't have the part with him, but showed up the next day to fix the problem.
