Aaron just finished our first (one-year) service call on our new O'Brien installed TRANE system. Like the sales rep, Matt, and the system installers, the staff at O'Brien was very professional, cordial, helpful, and efficient. Great Job and Kudos to the company and staff.
The techs that were sent to our house for service and also had a vent installed from statutory to finish everyone was first class. They spoke to you clearly explaining information that I might need etc. I would definitely recommend O’Brien service company. We had been battling with the hvac company that installed the unit - they flat out refused to come fix THEIR shoddy install. My neighbors use OBriens so we called and they came next day. Our techs were Christian and Larry and immediately we knew we were in good hands. They fixed our issues (float switch, condensate line, freon) and were professional, knowledgeable and so helpful.
