The men were very good at the work at hand and knew what was wrong as soon as they got started. Fixed the problem and left with a very reasonable bill for the work. They will be my AC guys from now on
If you have an emergency heat/air problem on a weekend, this is the outfit to call. The tech, Hadi, was right on time (within 2 hr. of call) and superbly competent. This guy knows his stuff. I should know - I'm an engineer. He had the problem doped out very quickly and got our heat pump back on line super quick.He's so competent that he gave an old engineer a master class in some arcane refrigeration details and theory. Professor Masri is great. HOWEVER - the prices they charge should keep the owner in a very nice powerboat.
