Although they charge by the hour, both estimates came in below what was projected. I found the pricing fair & reasonable. Wayne is very knowledgeable and helpful. Wayne and his team came out in August 2020 to repair a leak around a window. They were prompt and on time. The price was fair. In July 2021, I noticed a smaller leak around the same window. I called the office manager Lori who scheduled Wayne to come back out. Wayne repaired the leak, at no cost! This company is great to work with. They take pride in their work.
