We bought an older home a little over a year ago and have been using A1 Plumbing ever since. When we first moved in, we had a refrigerator line burst and Victor talked my husband through how to shut it off. He never charged us for that phone call. The next time we called, we had a leaky toilet that wasn’t caught during inspection. I was very worried it had leaked through the sub floor (we’d had a flood in our previous home). Scott and Victor were the fastest to respond (this was during Covid and another company we called didn’t even return our call). Scott assured me it hadn’t reached the sub floor but when he saw I was still panicked, he removed the toilet (for free) to show me. Since then they’ve been to our home multiple times for issues ranging from leaky faucets to a cracked water heater. (Like I said - older home) They’re always fast to respond, very personable and extremely fair in their pricing, often pricing products for us before giving us a final quote to make sure we can g

My Husband talked to Victor and he was able to communicate and help and give a fair quote for unclogging our toilet.. But he sent his son Scott. Scott showed up reaking of liquor and got mad his machine wouldnt fit in the door. He ended up literally leaving mid job without a explanation. A few hours later proceeded to personally text my husband stating to never call him again because we wasted his time. My husband let him know we wont be calling and to stop drinking!

We’ve had them out twice and both times we had a great experience. Scott fixed a sink pipe issue quickly and for a great price and it was done well. He then came out to fix a leaky shower and the job involved more than we realized it would, but he fixed it quickly and did a great job and at a great price! They’ve been very responsive and quick to help, great work, cleaned up anything out of place, and excellent prices. They go above and beyond.
