They are nice and good people who do all they can to meet the needs of other I will recommend to anyone if they need oil great job Bain Oil and I don't know the guy they send to my house but he's a wonderful and blessed guy thanks y'all for the help you give us have a wonderful and blessed and safe day

They brought me the heating oil that I needed on the same day without any "call today bring tomorrow" issues.

First time homeowners and we have an old oil furnace for our heating system. Called Bain to get a price check on how much it would cost to fill up our tank for the remainder of the winter months. Told the representative Mike to give it to me straight - how much do I 'actually' need. He didn't beat around the bush, and answered me honestly (which was lower than I had initially told him) based on my conversations with other oil companies that had a minimum of 250 gal to fill our tank. He then went through the whole process of what to expect, encouraged me to ask the fuel driver questions, etc. so that if I could do something on my own, that I would feel confident to do so. Genuinely appreciated all of his honest feedback and straightforwardness - as a salesman too - and to not price gouge me for unnecessary fixes or upgrades to what I needed. All that to say, first time working with this company, and they already have earned my business no question moving forward. 5 out of 5 stars, and w
