This company is wonderful. I have used other places in the area based upon google reviews and they were so pushy with up selling that I wasn't sure what I really needed. The guy who came from Brady Flanary was amazing- super polite, efficient, and honest. He was also able to come out right away. I have now called them twice and had a great experience both times (same person!). I will definitely be using them again. Do yourself a favor and call them first! Brady Flanary employees are great! Helpful when I call and always respond to my needs . They call to schedule maintenance , call when tech is on the way to my home . "They do what they say they will do , when they said they would do it " ! I have found the techs to be very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing my issues for all systems in my home.
