We've been using Brady Flanary since they installed my new heat pump several years ago. We have our maintenance contract with them and the once or twice we needed an emergency repair. Always on time...and I love the 30 minute window......and never any issues. Austin who's the tech we usually see is AWESOME and very thorough. Highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience with Brady Flanary. I called on a Friday evening after hours and was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. The technician called when he was on his way and showed up on time. He got the a/c working as best as he could, as he needed to order a part. Before doing that he even had the office check to see if the unit was still under warranty (the previous owners of our house installed it). The part was ordered Monday and installed Tuesday. Thank you so much! With a two month old baby, we really needed this fixed ASAP. :)
