Had a bad pop off I had turned of the power and drained the pipe down below the pop off. Called early this morning around 10:30 or so they worked me in got here about 4:30 on their way home, it took less than 10 minutes to replace and they were finished. Their rate showed $111.00 an hour, however they charged me $20 for their gas!! To say the least I was not happy, the guys did a good job, but if these changes are standard they need to advertise them in their ads. I guess if that’s how they do business, I just have to find a new plumber! I left a message for them at the office to call me tomorrow if they want to make things right.
