I don’t usually leave reviews but the service was worth leaving one today! Found them scrolling on google and I’m glad I gave them a call. The service was prompt and professional! They explained everything they did and took pictures so that I could follow along and see what caused the problem and made sure I understood as a 1st time homeowner that means a lot to me! Chad was professional and arrived on time. He assessed & repaired the issue with my A/C unit and provided explanations of what he was doing throughout the process. He was honest about the work he was doing, explaining what would fix my system's issues. It started feeling cooler before he left my home, which was important (new baby in home). My HVAC system was not working correctly. I was referred to Global Air Conditioning and Heating for the repair. My unit was diagnosed and the part (high pressure sensor) was ordered the same day. Chad informed me that the part would not be available until the next day. Chad picked up the part repaired the unit the following morning! GREAT SERVICE! COMPETITIVE PRICING!
