The HVAC system was not responsive to the thermostat settings preventing the home from being cooled which is something I needed. Chad was nice enough to come sooner than the scheduled appointment, diagnose the issue, immediately offer a stop gap measure and recommend a permanent solution. Furnace stopped working Wed. night. Called for service through my warranty company. Got a call from Global within a couple of hours. I was fit into their schedule for Thurs.
