I used Gwyn Services for my my hot water heater which had ceased to function. Seth arrived and began the diagnosis process. He kept me informed of what he was finding and potential solutions. He found that it was not a plumbing issue but rather an electrical issue. He helped coordinate the scheduling of an electrician for the same day. Seth was very professional, thorough and neat. The Electrician, Matt, arrived earlier than originally scheduled which was a pleasant surprise. He diagnosed the electrical issur and kept me informed of what the issue was. He fixed the problem and also fixed a stripped wire dicovered when he was inspecting the wiring. Matt was very professional and efficient. I'll definitely use Gwyn Services, Seth and Matt in the future.

Terrell really handled my account with care. Gwyn's quote beat out 2 competitors. The American Standard, which was installed, received very high ratings. The HVAC installation did not take a full day, as projected. Mark came in after to set the fan and conduct minor adjustments. I highly recommend Gwyn if you are looking to replace your HVAC system. I will definitely seek out Gwyn for my next installation.
