I'm a new customer in the area and was wanting a plumber that was close to my house to fix an issue. Called and left two messages over two separate days and never received a callback. I went ahead a googled another plumber in the area and am using them now since J & H was not responsive. As a business in this area of expertise, you should know that customers can't wait days for a callback. I can understand being too busy to take new work or even too busy to schedule a visit immediately but I can't forgive not calling back customers to let them know. Cell-phone coverage is pretty darn good everywhere in the area.

I called about a plumbing issue. The message said to text. I did that and got a reply saying they were available today and I was told I’d get a call soon. It’s hours later and I didn’t get a get yet. Disappointed. I really needed this issue resolved. Update!! They contacted me and apologized!!! They were so kind. Jon came in the pouring rain to fix the plumbing and took his time. I’m so appreciative to have gained a plumber and a friend in his awesome wife!!!!!! .

Jon came out to our home because our water wasn't working. Temps have been low but we have NEVER had a problem in the 7 years we have lived here. He showed up within an hour and a half of our call. He got right to work diagnosis the problem. He was very knowledgable. He checked under the house, the meter, and under the porch. He fixed the issue, which was a frozen pipe that had become uncovered under our front porch leading into the house from the city meter. We NEVER would have even thought of that! From start to finish, less than an hour. These guys never disappoint! We highly recommend them and they will always be our 1st choice in plumbing services!
