I called about a plumbing issue. The message said to text. I did that and got a reply saying they were available today and I was told I’d get a call soon. It’s hours later and I didn’t get a get yet. Disappointed. I really needed this issue resolved. Update!! They contacted me and apologized!!! They were so kind. Jon came in the pouring rain to fix the plumbing and took his time. I’m so appreciative to have gained a plumber and a friend in his awesome wife!!!!!! .

I ended up speaking with someone on Saturday about scheduling them to come out to fix some time sensitive plumbing issues after a good reference from a friend. They said they were too busy that day to fit it in but would reach out Sunday or Monday to schedule the work. They never reach out. I have spent the last three days calling them to set up an appointment to never have my messages returned. I obviously have given up and moved onto another plumber. They may do great work but if your customer service isn’t there, you can be a good subcontractor. If you want responsive service, I would definitely look elsewhere.

Jon is one of the hardest working and honest plumbers out there! He has rescued me and my daughter on two occasions now. The previous plumbers had me believing that I needed about $6,000 worth of needless repairs...Turns out, I did NOT! Jon explained to me what kind of plumbing I have and how it basically works so I can understand it and not be taken advantage of again! Being a single mom and new home owner repairs can be overwhelming. I certainly recommend J and H plumbing to anyone who needs a straight shooting, reliable and trustworthy plumber. Hopefully, I never have to call him again to come out and rescue us. But I SURELY recommend that you do if you want a job done with care and compassion! FIVE STARZ ALL THE WAY!
