John Sluss Roofing

John and company put a roof on our rent house. He and his staff did an excellent job. This is the second time we have used him and both times he has been very prompt and attentive to our needs and wants. The roof looks great and makes the house look brand new. Service: Roof installation

We have had multiple issues with the replacement skylights. After having John back out to the house for the forth time and the drywall being wet and damaged they could no longer ignore the issue. They have decided instead to ignore our calls, emails and texts. Do not use this company. There were concerns from the start but we had a sense of security because of the warranty offered. The warranty is only as good as the service the company offering it provides. John Sluss roofing does not address issues and refuses to return any for of contact.

Would give minus stars if it was possible. Had a new roof put on by this company. Have had problems from the very start. Various leaks, ridge vent issues, etc. After being promised, he would take care of it, he didn’t and now he will not return calls, texts or emails. I was given a five year warranty which is worthless. Will have to hire another roofer to take care of the problems. Would NOT to recommend anyone! Service: Roof installation
