Accent Kitchen and Bath

Called 3 times last week to start doing business for mold removal. The first 2 times we were told "Jerad" will call. Nope, no call. Call back again a few days later. "Jerad will call you". Nope, no call. A few days later we called yet again (at this point not sure why). And we were offered Jerad's voice mail. Oooo lucky us. No, we don't want his voicemail. Clearly they don't want the business and will ignore you to convey that mind set. I'm sure Jerad cherry picks his business opportunities and just ignores everyone else. We're going with Steamatic who was far more professional, responsive, caring, communicative and reliable. And you need to consider a different company than this one. Run away, fast! Find someone else than Jerad.

Very nice store for flooring of multiple types (tile, carpet, vinyl plank), countertops,cabinets. The multiple different set ups help give an idea for new build projects or revamping/remodeling old. I've been here a few times and have gotten some beautiful tile and other products. Tim has always been very helpful, but the whole staff is friendly and welcoming and always willing to help.

Came out to get info for handyman repair estimates. Never heard back from anyone... even months later. Went with Ace Handyman Services, they came out right away and they did excellent job. If ur business is too busy or selecting best jobs, stop wasting customer time and tell them up front.
