Accent Kitchen and Bath

We went to Accent Contracting when we were ready to redo two bathrooms (new counters/vanities, new floors, etc...) and get a new kitchen floor. We knew it would be a lot of work and we went into it with a specific budget, which we made clear to the sales person we were working with. After his proposal was WAY over our budget we had to cut some things out and go with cheaper versions of what we wanted. A little disappointing but not a huge deal. Once we finally settled on a plan that was within our budget, it took FOREVER for them to actually get the job done. Many days there would be no workers at our house and we wouldn't have any idea why they weren't there. Communication from Accent was HORRIBLE and basically non-existent. Finally when the work was "done" we realized they didn't finish a number of things like put the baseboards & trim back in place. We also asked for nice shelving in our master bathroom -- Accent's version of this is 2x4s screwed into the wall -- I'm not kidding

Excellent work! I had a leak and they showed up within half an hour to remove my cabinets so the plumber could replace the pipe. I would highly recommend them!
