DaBella

I received a free roof inspection last night by one of Dabella's local sales team members, Andres. After the inspection, I had to sit through an exhausting 3 hour sales pitch. It took almost 2 hours to actually hear the bid he was offering which was astronomical at almost 40K for a 21square roof. He offered some price reductions that dropped it to about 32K, but I had to make a decision on the spot. He told me the price incentives he was offering were only good for that moment and would likely not be available the next day if I wanted an opportunity to think about it. The experience was much like a used car salesman in that he made several calls to a manager to see if he could get the price down further. To be honest, I don't even know if he was actually talking to anyone. He also tried a guilt tactic stating that if he had to keep coming back to see if I was interested, he would lose out on future customers. He was punctual to our meeting, gave us good information, and was easy to make conversation with...all without being the 'pushy salesman' we all dread. Ryan Forbush was very helpful. Explained all that I needed to know. Made adjustments to get me through it all. Now it is up to the installers that will do the job. I am expecting them to live up to the standard that Ryan talked about.
