Joel was very helpful while installing our unit. He was on time and his crew were quick. I will use laneys for all of our heating and cooling Service: Install AC
Andy was extremely professional and personable. He was on time, worked diligently and finished at the time he said he’d be done. He asked for a tour of the house to locate all vents and explained in detail how the process would work before he started the process. I was working from home the day he was doing this project. He wasn’t intrusive at all. I am very pleased with the service from Andy, through Laney’s.
Technician was very courteous and professional. He explained everything and gave me a complete overall assessment of my central air system. The only thing wrong (which was not his fault) was the amount of time it took to get an appointment. I called in early May and got an early June date. That had to be moved back 3 more weeks due to their high volume of calls and my system was working. They did take $20 off service call. Service: A/C system maintenance
