Paul helped us with more than he (literally) signed up for. He came for a kitchen plumbing issue, and just from chatting with us identified a much larger issue we were having and several ways we could fix the issue and have insurance cover it. It took a huge burden off our plates and answered so many questions we didn’t even know we had. He was friendly and easy to work with, and very easy to get a hold of.
