Our AC went out during the most hottest days. After some much needed education they provided us, they ordered the part and Steve installed it right after it arrived. Chris and Sally were so understanding during our stressful event. Thanks for being so wonderful!

Prior to the installation, Chris answered all of our questions. Naively we had questions about the size of AC unit he wanted to instal. He talked us through the reasons why we actually needed a smaller unit installed. Day of the install went great! The crew was a half hour early and got right to work. The guys were polite, personable and professional! I checked my energy bill today. I so happy! Our power usage dropped 15% immediately after installing this unit, which will probably be more due to the fact that the billing cycle only included 2 weeks with the new unit.
