When asked to wear a mask due to 90 year old residents, Monte than asked why I did not also have a mask on in my own home? Had a leaking faucet that needed to be replaced. Purchased a faucet from Menards to have Monte install. He looked at the item and told me it was a piece of "junk" trying to up sell me a Moen faucet instead? Monte than told me when my new "piece of junk" leaks not to call him? I will certainly not! He has serviced this home for years but he never met me before. If this is how he has been treating my family all these years it has now stopped!!! Service: Faucet installation
I called Monte at 8:00am and he was at my house by 9:30am. He was punctual, professional and affordable. Would highly recommend.
