There is a live person answering the phones to give you information, no leaving a message and never hearing back from them! The craftsmen that came out, Rasdaniel and Daniel, were knowledgable and efficient. They were able to make repairs as opposed to replacing and worked well together. They also communicated with us throughout their work to show us the progress and how they were fixing things. We were impressed with the short time frame for scheduling the work (within a week of calling to schedule) and with the professionalism of both the office staff and the craftsman. Got the job done in a timely manner. The guy could think on his feet to solve problems and I learned stuff from him. The finish quality was a little rougher than expected. The rest of the story…Ace called to see if they could make me a more satisfied customer. They sent a guy out who corrected the rough finish and provided an even better solution to securing an accordion door. Five stars it is!
