We came home from work to find our AC unit was not working. All Pro sent a technician out the next morning to fix it for us. Our service technician, Constantine, walked me through the process as he troubleshooted the issue. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it immediately. After losing sleep preparing for the worst case scenario of sinking thousands of dollars into replace the unit, we have cold air again for less than $100. Could not recommend them enough! These guys are pros! My air conditioning unit outside started getting really loud so had them come in for an inspection. Turns out it was just an overly dirty air filter and said it wasn't problem and would leave free of charge. We decided to have a full inspection anyway since my air conditioning unit was over 17 years old (older than the usual life of most units) and they gave us quotes on different solutions and options on replacements. The tech (Mark) that came out was super professional and really helpful in explaining what was going on and had no sales pressure what so ever and also said to shop around and they would try to price match if possible. Came over the next day from a call pretty late the day before and was just a pro all around. People don't seem to put a lot into customer service as they used to but man, it makes a difference.
