Thank you Jim for coming out this evening to get my A/C cooling again. I called the company that installed a new furnace and air conditioner 2 years ago and was told it would be a week until someone could come out. It was 85 degrees in my house so called Biggerstaff and Jim was out in about an hour. Found the defective part and it's cool again! Many thanks Jim for your kindness and professionalism... Reliable, excellent product. Love my service man. Is very professional and knowledgeable yet personable and takes the time to answer all my questions and explain in a manner I can understand. For example how humidity settings affect the temperature the heat pump emits.
