I did not buy a service from them but did experience a friendly encounter with them at the gas station, very very friendly and customer service oriented. They cleaned my windshield on my car for me :)

I called them based on my parents' recommendation. I was told they would call me back. By that evening, no call back and our sinks were overflowing. I called. Said they'd call me back. No call back. I called again & they said someone would be there in the a.m. No one showed this a.m. so I called and they said they'd call me back. No call back. I called again & was told I was on the schedule for tomorrow. I cancelled at that point. Service: Drain cleaning
