JC Plus Plumbing

My hot water heater stopped working. I started looking around and getting quotes with plumbers to have it repaired or replaced. One of the places I called was JC plus plumbing. I was totally surprised when Joel from JC Pluss plumbing responded right away, and it was a Sunday! He gave me a quote and offered to help me by that Monday. I called several plumbers got several quotes but decided to go with JC plus plumbing because of their fast prompt and friendly response. They did show up Monday and replaced my hot water heater quickly professionally and did an excellent job. Mike was really friendly really nice and really professional I was extremely impressed and pleased with their service I would use them again and I highly recommend their service. I called: - John Henry's - Roto Rooters - John's Plumbing - Team Emergency Plumbing - & JC Plus Plumbing John Henry's said they were charging overtime ($100 just to come to the house) and wouldn't provide an estimate. RotoRooter could come this afternoon and Nick was kind enough to give me a ballpark average of $500 to clear a sewer line (thanks for the transparency Nick! ✊). John's plumbing went to voicemail and I called the emergency number provided which also went to voicemail and i left a message and have yet to hear back (1 hr ago) Team Emergency (funniest of all) appears to have disconnected their number as it rings once and hangs up (tried twice) JC Plus Plumbing (the SHINNING victor) answered right away and said basically "call Matt's Sewer and Drain, they're better at that" ???? Who does that!? I called Matt's and they said they'd come and clear the sewer line for $150 + tax ???? Maybe the other folks would be better at some things and I'm sure they'd have their arguments... B

Our water heater would not ignite the day before we were hosting my in-laws. JC Plus called right back, they called when they were gonna be a half hour late, and were very clear about what the problem was. Mike was very fast and courteous. When the part needed wouldn’t fit our hot water heater, Mike make sure we weren’t charged for the time to get the correct part. Mike also gave clear advice when we asked him about our ability to do a different project ourselves. We will 100% call JC Plus every time we need their services in the future.
