Rutt's was able to come and service my AC unit within 1 business day of my phone call. I had tried to get into contact with their leading competitor, who we have done business with in the past. They never returned my request, so I looked up other companies. Rutt's was listed as #1 for heating and air in Hastings - and rightly so! Very impressed with the speed and quality of service. The technician explained what was causing the problem and was able to repair the issue quickly. We will certainly be patronizing this company again!
I had a tech come out to help me remove a stove and cut a line. He was on time, quick, and a nice guy. The next day I had an issue with a different furnace and Mr. Rutt walked me through a solution over the phone, after they were closed. Fantastic customer service. I’ll be a customer for life
