Select Plumbing

Select Plumbing was supposed to fix the sewer pipe to my house before I moved in. They didn't do a sufficient job, and two years later, the pipe has collapsed. They won't fix it, so I need to hire another company to take care of it. Will cost me up to 25K that could have been avoided had they done it right the first time, or disclosed the info to me as the new owner, so I would have had the whole story. I'm shocked and devastated. Now I'm without a working home less than a week before overseas guests are coming and two weeks before my son's graduation.

We had a shower leak in the 2nd floor that worked its way down to the kitchen ceiling. Within 20m they had a scope in and showed me exactly what was going on and gave me the option to fix up the current hardware or replace with new components. They also conveyed the cost up front. I also had one follow-up question that I sent to Kirk via e-mail. He replied within 5 minutes on that question! Very friendly guys and really appreciated the customer-centric service. Great experience with Kirk, Logan and Brian. Will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

Tub Installation. Our original contractor(different company)unable to complete a job scheduled for Tuesday and then Wednesday. Select came out and gave us an estimate on Thursday.
